Established in 2006-2007, Meadow Edge House is a harmonious blend of modern comfort and natural beauty.
Meadow Edge House includes 10 Suites on two stories, on a 1/4 acre lot on the edge of the Qu'Appelle Valley in Lumsden. It was constructed with the conservation of a number of natural mature trees and a primary orientation to maximize views of the valley.
LEVEL 1:
Our 3000 sqft. main floor features three full Suites and four single Suites. Each Suite includes a half bath, and there’s a shared full bath conveniently located near the laundry room.
The open-concept design encompasses a large kitchen, dining area, and living room with a cozy fireplace and hardwood floors, fostering a warm and communal living environment for our residents.
Level 2:
Our 1200 sqft. second floor boasts three luxurious Suites, including two full Suites and one single Suite. Each Suite has a full bath for your comfort and convenience.
Accessibility is a priority, with an executive-style elevator and a wide staircase for ease of use and safety. Suite 9 features direct access to a shared spacious balcony.
